RESOLVED THAT staff continue to compile the 2024 budget using Scenario A as outlined in the report; and THAT no scenario be provided as an optional add to the 2024 budget for consideration once the levy increase is known; and THAT staff do not create a draft policy that directs non-core funding activities to be considered by the Budget Committee and approved by Council at a future date; and THAT the report dated November 8, 2023 titled “Funding Considerations for Budget 2024” by the Director of Financial Services/Treasurer be received and filed.
