Jones RESOLVED THAT the report titled "2022 Financial Statement Review" dated October 3, 2023 from the Director of Financial Services/Treasurer be received; and THAT reallocation of the 2022 Surplus as per Option 4 be completed effective January 1, 2023; and THAT County Council approve the 2022 Financial Statements as presented in Appendix A, and authorize the Warden, Chief Administrative Officer, and Director of Financial Services/Treasurer to sign for distribution and publication, and THAT the signed 2022 Financial Statements from Appendix A be added as Appendix B to the 2022 Annual Report, as amended to reflect that Social Services is administered by the City of St. Thomas and funded by the County, which will be published on the County website for public information.
